I’ve learned that the most powerful skill anyone can have is the ability to truly see people. I stepped into acting and modeling with a powerful foundation of resilience, empathy, and an instinct for connection. When I’m not in front of a camera, auditioning, or in acting classes, you’ll find me staying active outdoors, writing, traveling, learning new skills like ASL, and cherishing time with my large, lively family.

Reinvention has defined my journey. After a 33-year career rooted in service— as an Army veteran, nurse, nurse practitioner, and medical affairs trainer—I made the deliberate choice to begin a new path. What started as an exploration of voice work quickly evolved into something deeper: a love for acting and commercial print modeling.

Years spent leading, caring for patients, and communicating under pressure shaped a grounded, emotionally intelligent presence—one that translates powerfully on camera. Discipline. Empathy. Authority. Authenticity. These aren’t learned for a role: they're lived.

Today, I am eager to bring that depth to every project—from luxury and lifestyle campaigns to television and film—embracing storytelling as my next chapter.
